Leveling up the digital
I worked as the Branding Director & Team and Project lead at DigitalUp to reinvent their online presence and give their brand a breath of fresh air. Over the course of 8 months we worked on creating the logo, wordmark, promotional materials and their reimagined website.

Presence
This is the design we landed on when selecting amongst many on how to establish a brand presence for DigitalUp, especially when it came to promotional material and advertising, particularly on billboards, flyers, T-Shirts, feather flags and etc. It's simplistic but features everything unique about the brand - the logo, colours, a catchy expression.
Validation
The first user survey and interviews we conducted consisted of 50 business owners, both for small and large-scale businesses. The primary demographic for this survey was businesses in the Eastern European market. This validated our initial belief that there is a lack of options for brand management and digital services among the market, and that there was room to emphasize on this weakness by providing unique brand and web solutions at an affordable price.
Services
This piece of research taught us a lot about the services that DigitalUp should offer, as well as how to offer them. Firstly, we saw that both small-scale and large-scale businesses need assistance for landing pages, testing & support and content & marketing. Small-scale businesses need less assistance in project planning, when compared to large-scale businesses, and the opposite goes for SEO optimization and development. This told us that DigitalUp needs to offer at least 2 plans - one for personal and small-scale businesses that offers the most important services, and one for large-scale businesses that offered everything, but with an option to opt-out of unneeded services.
